Coming from a medical background, I'm particular with what I have done & where! I believe I have had everything that Karma Day spa has to offer. Even before Covid, the hair area, nail area, massage room and pedicure area were fastidiously cleaned and even if not in use, looked inviting. No messes left anywhere.
Most recently I have had cosmetic tattooing done to my eyelids and brows. Becca did a fantastic job at both areas. Her work area was as clean as any medical Procedural place I've been in. The instruments she used were sterile and her technique was perfect. She explained everything that she was going to do before she did, so there were no questions left unanswered. 99% painless except when it tickled! Everyone should go there!
Terrible, full of snobby stylists (who all have outdated hair styles and attitudes), not super clean and the skill level is basic for the overpriced options. The owner is pretty rude and acts like she's doing you a favor for the money you are paying to do your hair. I was super unhappy with my color and the cut was uneven. In a town full of salons, this one is the worst I've tried. There are nicer, better trained and cheaper options.
Love Becca and the whole spa especially their music selection. I've been in for hair and facial appts and have always left beyond satisfied. Happy customer ova here
Have tried multiple times calling and trying to get an appointment. Nobody answers, returns messages, or even seems to want business. Looks like it's time to throw in the towel. Way to be a lousy example of a spa.
