I was very disappointed. Went there to relax and one of the technicians sang the whole time and the other two kept talking. I wanted to tell them to shut up!!!!!!!! It would have been nice to be able to hear the relaxing music
Made an appointment. They started 30 minutes late on me. So i didn't have time to get a full pedicure. I just had time for them to trim my toe nails and put gel polish on. They also tried to use somebody else's dirty utensils on me and I had to ASK them to get clean ones and not to use the previous customer stuff on me... I literally watched her do this other clients nails and then walk over with the utensils and sit down. She was really going to use them on me..... I was charged $40 for this wonderful experience. And my nails weren't even all the way cured so there a bumpy, gooey mess. I'll be going somewhere else to have them fixed.

Came here for a pedicure and the woman CUT MY TOE!!! It was hurting so bad that I felt uncomfortable and just told her I had to go. I'm so upset because they charged me $30!!! Do not go here!! I'm really hoping my toe doesn't get infected like other reviews I've seen here. I had to go to another nail spa to fix it and even they said it was bad and didn't wanna touch it. They only charged me $10 as a courtesy
Three years ago this place was great. I recently went in for a manicure and as I sat there I looked around and noticed that the place was filthy. There was a thin layer of dust on everything. As I watched her remove the nail polish with her little drill thing I saw partials going everywhere which helps explain the dust. The plastic sheet between the customer and the manicurist looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The light machines they used to dry the nails was also quite dirty. No one offered me a drink and no one spoke to me at all except for "pick your color." It's sad to see how this place has fallen. Probably another victim of COVID. I hope if they read this they'll clean things up.
