I came in for a sns manicure and wanted a design with rhinestones but the nail tech was so rude and not in the least bit gentle. He was straight up aggressive. Nothing zen about it. Aside from his attitude, he nicked almost every nail bed. He also kept pushing my hands back in the acetone. When I kept telling him it hurt and tried to just keep my nails flat, he would push them down in it more. I've never wanted to walk out of a salon before this experience, but at that point at least needed to get the rest of my old nails off. I just couldn't get out fast enough. I should've had him stop immediately and switched with someone. I just had him put a top coat on and left. And after all of that, I really could've painted my nails better at home. But then again, I wanted a full on sns manicure. First and last time at this salon.
I went in for a soak off and full set. They didn't even completely soak off my old set before applying the new acrylic. They were lumpy and thick, uneven and I even had a few nicks. Also, no cocktails.
I came here to get a fill while visiting family. The fill was uneven and sloppy. The only saving grace was the design was cute. Maybe the guy was rushing cuz they were busy but for the cost I would think it would be better executed.
Glad I was able to get in right away. Price was decent for a pedicure but did a horrible job. Barely manicured my toes, smudged color, barely filed. even had to have them repaint a couple toes.
