Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar in Nashville, TN

As a new mom, I went shopping with my baby to get few items for myself.  You would think this store is  stroller friendly, I couldn't get through any of the isles and customer service was horrible. No signs where the check out line starts,  some isles were blocked off with boxes. You can imagine the frustration of going from isle to isle with a stroller and not be able to turn around while people are trying to pass by you. I did let the staff know about this issue but they didn't seem to care. Where is the humanity ?

I had a genuinely excellent experience with Ahlia yesterday at this Ulta brow. I am an older woman, and because my hair and brows are now silver gray, you can barely see my eyebrows or my eyelashes anymore. I must use tinted eyebrow gel and mascara, or my face just disappears. My eyebrows drive me crazy every day, because they're also very thin and it's difficult to make them look natural. At my age, I'm not going for the drama, and I would be very happy if they just looked natural. Ahlia waxed and tinted my brows (and was able to remedy a terrible wax job I just received a week ago), and they have not looked this great in a very long time! I could not be happier. I highly recommend her if you want to have perfect looking eyebrows! Excellent job, Ahlia!

Had to grab some last minute foundation and Justina was a life saver! She helped show me BB and CC, cruelty-free options (by Tarte and IT cosmetics) and find a few new brands to love. Well informed and lovely, she's the one to ask for! Thanks Justina!

I'm so disappointed in this ultra today!  Two days ago I booked a brow appointment for 1:00, but when I got there today I was bumped to 2:00!  I'm not going back to ulta!! very disappointed with unprofessional staffing!!

probably the worst experience i've had at an ulta, me and my friend went in, both looking for specific things so we split across the store. we quickly grabbed the things we specifically went in for and then met back up to look around the store together. we were in the store for maybe 10 minutes and all the meanwhile every worker in the store was following us closely around and we were asked literally 6 times if we needed help. every time we said we were fine and that we were just looking. they were very rude asking us every time  because they assumed we were stealing. then we were met at the door by security who also looked us up and down like we were doing something wrong when we left. Me and my friend are both very loyal ulta customers and we decided to cut our ulta visit short despite us wanting to shop more because the workers made it extremely awkward and uncomfortable when we were doing absolutely nothing wrong.
