Do not go here. Horrible service. Horrible mani, dip is uneven and very sloppy. I told the technician and she's ignored me. Checking out the owner didn't say a word to me. Waste of money and time

Honestly one of the worst gel manicures I have ever received. I politely asked her to reshape it because she didn't keep the shape I had. And then I wanted an extra coat of polish and she seemed annoyed. Look at this picture. It's done so poorly and she didn't take her time or pay any attention to detail. They were really rude too. Don't go here.

I'm not from the area but saw the place and decided to give it a try despite the low ratings. Was immediately greeted and offered wine or water. The great customer service ended there. My technician was very rough with the loofah and, although she spent little time on my heels, she did it so rapidly that the loofah scraped against my leg repeatedly. It hurt but I didn't say anything because it was over soon. I noticed red irritation marks but let it go. It seemed like a decent pedicure when I left. However, hours later when the lotion dried, I could see and feel the jagged skin from the roughed up heels. They were worse than when I came in! Again I let it go, until the next day when I noticed all the scratches on the back of my leg! I called the salon that Sunday but they were closed so I left a detailed message offering to send a photo and asking the manager to call me.  I explained I wanted to give them the opportunity to acknowledge this rather than jumping to negative feedback. All I really wanted was maybe an apology, and some assurance that others might be spared this treatment.  The following day someone did call, but not the manager. She was very rude, asked me why I didn't come right back and saying the manager wants to see. I explained that I work long hours on the other side of the city and we went back-and-forth with that repeatedly. Eventually I told her that I think I've been inconvenienced enough and wanted a call from the manager. But that never happened. I won't be back and suggest you visit one of the many other salons in the area. Never in my life have I had such a bad pedicure, and I have had many over the years!  Even one stars is too generous.
