The guy who runs the place did my nails... came back to get a refill and found fungus growing all under my nails!!! I was horrified. Not only was health at risk they made me pay an up charge for a fill of $45!!! Will not be returning.
The only reason I come to this shop is Krysta. Krysta does a phenomenal job. Every single time I come to this shop for an appointment Snow goes out of her way to be completely RUDE. She is nasty and disrespectful. She doesn't like me because she used to do my nails and I quit using her because she cut me and has been rude to me ever since.
Extremely disappointed in my first experience here. The manicure was rushed and the gel didn't even last a week. No oil was used for my cuticles, so I was bleeding on a few of my fingers. The pedicure resulted in an infection in my toe causing me to seek treatment from a doctor. When I asked why they were rushing, I was told they were short staffed and had other people waiting. I completely understand being short staffed and I was very patient. However, you should take care of the people there first and then worry about the new people walking in. Just be careful of the places you go and do your research!!
Just had my nails done by Andy. Don't ever let him do yours. I got gel - the very next day polish was chipping off 2 nails (I hadn't washed dishes or done anything else that would have caused that). The polish on the tips of my nails bulges out like a big lump. He didn't even shape my nails correctly- I now have 7 square shapes and 3 round. In the past I've always had Mary do my nails and I loved it. I will guarantee you Andy will never do them again
After returning from vacation, I decided to go to a different salon for a pedicure... I'm glad I did, best pedicure ever!
