I have positive and negative reviews. First time customer. Was scolded several times because I was a walk-in and "must make an appointment next time." At the time, there were four employees and one customer in the salon and watching tv. I felt like this was good time to get a pedicure. Being scowled about "making an appt" and "we only take people with appt" made it difficult to relax and enjoy. Also, when I was told to pick a color and when I finally found one, a technician told me no, must choose GEL nail polish and handed me several books of gel color. Any way, my toes looked great and I was happy. After paying, I given another reminder (for the 7th time, seriously) I left through the front door that posted "Walk-ins Welcomed." Hmmm, they need to fix that. There are positives though. Salon was very clean and nice decor. Lots of polish colors and they all look new. No bottles looked used, no lacquer separation and brand labels in tact. Price was on point with surrounding salons. I paid ~$40 before tip. Technician did a great job with cuticles, shaping and polish application. Got to hang out with her little dog. So sweet.
Well first Iv always thought they were a alittle pricy but this is a whole new level of rip off I got acrylic and gel polish on my fingers, no fake nails, and got a 15min pedicure with gel polish and was there for about hr and they charged me $90.... This won't happen again.. I promise you. This is why I stopped going the 1st time... Everyone gets charged something different. Those nails in the pic weren't no $65...
Horrible service. I had this tech name Joy who didn't even greet me and then started my pedicure and didn't even clean my cuticles properly, then continued doing everything just randomly and no special care. Gel Nail polish wasn't even marked by brand. Dont go here. Go somewhere else in Elkton. The place was empty in the afternoon. That says a lot.
I have tried other salons in the area and this one is definitely the best! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They do such nice work.
This was my first time getting my nails done since I was in middle school! This salon is clean and very cute! They do a very wide range of tasks. I got gel nails done and I LOVE THEM. The prices are fair and they're fast! They're also super friendly!
