Quality has declined precipitously in the past year. Despite making appointments, we are consistently not seen on time and end up waiting 30 or 40 minutes. Corners are being cut in terms of coloring hair; application is poor and sloppy, resulting in artificial looking results. It would also appear that the stylists are attempting to use up leftover dye from other customers rather than making an effort to individualize the dye to each client's hair and style. Cuts are okay, but tend to feel like rush jobs rather than being done with care. Over-priced when the above are taken into consideration. Very disappointed, as previously this was a good and cost-effective salon. I previously recommended Este's Family Hair Care with enthusiasm, but will no longer do so.
