Every time I go to Michelle she is always so nice and sweet but even with reservations you'll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes when you get there which is quite annoying. Her mom works there with her and she makes it very obvious that she's talking shit about the costumers and it just makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Her son stays with her at the shop as well and as cute as he is I'm not trying to hear a toddler whine and complain for an hour and thirty minutes while I get my nails done. As far as nails go she does an okay job, could be better but something I'll settle for. So if you're looking for quality nails at a quality price i would suggest Broadway Nails and Spa, ask for Kenny.
Michelle was very rude and unprofessional today. She made it very clear that my business was not desired. If you desire good or friendly customer service, I would not recommend this nail salon.
Usually I go to Trendique but I was on other end of FM 78. I wanted a pedicure & looked on Yelp, nearby salons averaged 2-3 Stars. She had 4 & Google & Facebook had near perfect reviews. Note, it's Appointment only. I got the Sea Salt pedicure & it was amazing. Simple salon but feels clean plus prices were good & she took her time which I appreciated. If I can make a small suggestion to the owner, offering wine would be a nice plus!
I only put a one star since I was inquiring about pricing and trying to schedule an appointment. I message her through Facebook since her website take you directly to Facebook. She read my message but never responded back. I was not being mean or rude when I sent the message so I am not sure why I did not get a response back. I am a little disappointed because her nail work look amazing and I really wanted to try this place out.
This place is great! Michelle is extremely friendly, professional, and personable . She puts you right at home. This was by far my best nail salon experience. I'll definitely be coming back in future.
