I went to get my hair colored back to a natural color from a turquoise ombré. Maria is the stylist that worked on my hair. I asked for a dark brown with chocolate hi lights for some dimension. I requested that she do a color remover first to get most of the blue out, which she refused, insisting that the color she chose would cover the blue. She did two complete processes, first she put the dark brown all over, the dried it. I mentioned that the ends were still blue to which she said," it's ok, after the hilight and toner it will be gone" so I allowed her to continue. The second process was foil hilights all over, the foil placement was ok, but when she checked one of them I noticed my hair was getting damaged so I asked her to take the bleach off. She said, AND I QUOTE, " This bleach doesn't do damage" ARE YOU KIDDING!!!! All bleach causes damage!!! I insisted she take it off and she did after telling me that she can't use the lighter toner and I said I'd rather have darker toner than super damaged hair. After toning, she started cutting my hair, she took off a little more off the length than I asked for and didn't trim my layers at all, leaving me with tons of damaged and split ends. When she was blow drying she kept me faced away from the mirror and burned my scalp twice. When I saw my hair finally it was a muddy blue/green/grey color and felt like steel wool. She saw I was unhappy and tried to offer to do the process again to which I refused since my hair was already FRIED. She finally reduced the price of the service (which I shouldn't have had to pay for at all) and I paid it just to be done with the situation.

I wouldn't go to these ladies. They lack customer service skills, and I honestly don't feel they're real hairstylist. I made a simple request and was met with confusion then unexpected attitude all because she couldn't understand what I needed? Not sure how that works. The woman at the front over talked me the whole time so...how could she understand when she's listening to respond. If you want a basic cut or straighten and customer service doesn't matter to you, then go for it. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled but they scheduled me with somebody who was off that day so they told me to come back the next day and the supervisor Tara was supposed to do my hair but she was late so they told me to come back at 1300 the same day but she wasn't there again. They had my phone number but didn't think about informing me for the 3 rd time. At this point Blanca offered me to do my hair, she said she can do it too. I went there to get low lights but got NO lights at all. My high lights are completely gone. I have a greenish gray/ no color at all. I told this lady Blanca that it is too dark and she said " oh it will get lighter but it just got more green. I went back the next day and showed her my hair and she put a toner on it but that didn't do much at all. She talked to her supervisor on the phone about it and just told me to come back next week..... so i just have to wait it out I guess. That was bad costumer service and a bad hair job. I am very disappointed with the whole situation since I can't do any color done now to get it corrected because my hair will be even more damaged.

I decided to give this salon another try after a pretty bad experience four years ago. The people who were rude to me years ago no longer work there, which is great for the store. I was treated by Tara, who is friendly and attentive to her clients' needs. They do walk-ins, but I think calling and scheduling an appointment is less stressful and guarantees you will be seen in a timely manner.
