Please avoid. Maybe my worse nail experience. I have polish stain all over because the strategy seemed to be that they can be sloppy and wipe it. Also very aggressive with cuticles, it hurt. Tools are sitting in a solution, which may be sanitized but look a bit sketch. Lastly, they have you awkwardly hold your hands on a fan crossed to the side in the air repeatedly, then for a long time to dry at the end. Felt very tiring to hold hands up like that. A basic dryer would let you rest your arms and not be twisted in an awful position. And they are the same price as any salon with nicer amenities like this dryers I mentioned. Waste of money and waste of attempt to pamper myself
Files and Emory boards presented from a well used ziplock bag. They asked if wanted nails trimmed then opened a drawer with metal tools scattered around, bringing out a dirty pair of clippers. I told them I changed my mind and I was leaving because everything was dirty.
My past experiences with nail salons have been new packages of boards and a sealed package of autoclaved metal tools used. Nails Art is unclean and unsanitary.
They were so fast! It was a great price and they did a great job, my design is exactly what I wanted and they look so good! They were also extremely nice!
I made an appointment yesterday for sns polish change for 1:30 and the girl that ended up doing my nails didn't get there until after 2. When she sat me down she asked what shape i wanted and immediately started cutting off my nails, my nails were so long and healthy and she cut them all off and said she was putting tips on when all i asked for was sns polish change. I am extremely mad she cut off every single one of my nails super short and will never be going back there.
I got my nails done with Lena and she did a very good job. Very affordable! She was very professional they checked temperatures and everything. I definitely will come again.
