I was referred by a friend to Shelly. She lied to me about knowing how to do natural hair. She burns my hair out and charges my $20. Then feeling bad she apologiezes and offers to pay to have my hair done some where else. I return for my money and she wants me to speak to her sister Crystal. She apologizes and offers me a $35 gift certificate, as an "Im sorry", bec they want me to stay with the salon. Upon leaving I felt somewhat 'ok' about the whole thing. Fifteen minutes later they both are calling me frantictally to "rip up the gift certificate, bec she didnt know her sister had given me $50 back." I was like how low can this really go;(
