Fun salon, nice employees, and good manicures! I was impressed with my first GelX experience after having been getting dip for a while now. Maddy did a great job, and she was quick without rushing. It ended up being around $90. My first experience here was a good one! I'd return for another GelX manicure!

I have tried many different salons and this has to be one of the rudest and unwelcoming places I have ever been.
Jen, receptionist is rude and condescending.
She kept trying to charge me for services that I did not receive because she was insisting that the person who did my services was who she thought it was and it was not.
I understand that people want cash tips but usually you have an option so I tried to use the ATM which deducted money out of my account but never gave me any cash so therefore no tips and on top of that when I paid for my services they charged me an additional 4%.
I don't mind paying for something but that policy should be posted and when I questioned it she was so nasty and said yeah we just pass those prices along.
The saddest part is that the technicians were very good they did very nice manicures and pedicures.
I will never go back there and I warn everyone to stay away.
I've been a long time nail biter from stress, anxiety, etc! I came in with short brittle nails and Trenton introduced me to GEL X! We started out with that to give my nails time to grow and eventually swap over to acrylics when my nails grow to the desired length!
Every visit I've left ecstatic with my sets! I'm incredibly indecisive so I've always had them pick designs! Full artistic creativity! I get complements constantly and love every set I've gotten! Thank you Trenton, Christan and Nancy!
With my work, my nails take a beating and even then, I've only ever had one break off within the 8 months I've been coming here. They fit me in super quick for a fix!

If I can't get a fill-in from having my nails done somewhere else here without paying to have them soaked off???? They do not need a new set, just a fill. I'm not going there!!!!! That is ridiculous!!! I was getting ready to make an appointment, but when I read this, I changed my mind. I used to go to this place all the time, but my nail artist left, and moved to Boone, NC... This place obviously has very much changed since she left, and I will never be going there again.
