i have been coming here a few months and have scheduled my appointments with Jimmy for acrylics. he does quality work so i always make appointment with him. 5 weeks ago I scheduled one for today. with him. when i arrived today he denied i made the appointment with him specifically BUT i did! in fact he was checking me out when i made it with him. so he passed me on to someone else and continued to deny but i know better and i will not be back. i think he has so many customers he overbooked but will not admit it. anyway that is poor customer service and i will not be back,

Been going here for over 5 yrs and just about two months ago three of my fingernails were infected with a bacteria due to unclean equipment. Ended up going to a dermatologist to get an antiobiotic. If my nails were infected, I can only imagine how many other women went through the same thing as me.

Do NOT go here for lashes! Horrible Service! The owner did my set of individual lashes last night and I woke up with a full lash gone and the other eye individuals were slipping. I returned at opening before I went to work and she said I need appointment for her to fix it because she was booked for the next few hours! Obviously I can't go to work like this and she refused to refund or add a credit for a future service. I won't be returning here. I've NEVER had a full row of individuals come off overnight!

My first reaction was very nice. Very comfortable atmosphere. The toe painting was bad. Went back, the same man repainted my toes. Communication was difficult. The second time was only slightly better.

I am going to try them again. With someone different.

This is my spot for pedicures and brow waxing.
They are typically busy and encourage scheduling appointments but will try to accommodate walk ins which I tend to be.
All of the pedicure stations have a massage chair. As usual, not all the staff is fluent in English but most are. They have a wide range of prices. I enjoy coming here.

I was given a 10% off Yelp coupon but because I'm already using their "stamp promotion" I had to choose either/or and elected to continue working towards that discount for this visit.
