Zero stars! I went in for a refill and the one guy said that they don't offer that service even though I had it performed two weeks to the day that I was there. My nails were lifting and I asked him to please cut with the tool and not the drill to cut any parts out that may have retained water or any other debris. The Man refused and then continued to perform the service he said did not exist. He got extremely aggravated with me and criticized the work that had been done before, even though it was done there. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have never had this bad of a job in my life. I had stopped going there because of several reasons, mainly location in regards to where I usually am when I am available to do some self-care, which is very rare for me. The first time I went back two weeks ago, the lady continually aggressively filed my nails to the point that I was bleeding in several places. When I first asked the gentleman to please cut off the parts that may hold bacteria and he was aggravated, he suggested I have the other woman do my nails and I said no thank you I will stay right here because there was quite a wait and I have so little time to do these things it is very important how relaxing the moment should be. I continued to let him do my refill, and after he told me the price and I questioned him, he got even more upset because they were not the prices on the sign, and had added several more dollars for no reason. I was pointing to the sign showing him the prices and everything else, and they still could care less. I have never not tipped a nail technician in all the years I have been getting these services. However, today was the day I walked out without tipping someone and did not feel bad about it. After closer inspection I noticed how horrible the job actually was. See pictures please, and do not ever get your nails done there if you want to remain happy and healthy.
Covid friendly and clean. Nice staff. Best pedi I've had in a while! But a little hot in the building.
Due to Covid you need to come and grab an appointment. Don't call they are short on staff, hard to get to the phone. The lady takes her time which I love. Wear a mask and there isn't a waiting area so you have to wait in the vehicle. I think the painting would have been better. Prices has went up Mani Pedi regular polish $40
