Ooh man. If you've read my reviews you know I hate leaving a bad one but here we go. Pros-they were able to accommodate us as a walk-in. Prices are fair and that's about it We had fun but that's just us. She was so rough on my nails, stabbing me as she rotated the tool probably on accident but be mindful. You can not tell I got a manicure. They look the same. Just wanted a manicure. Clear coat. Should've went to my normal place I guess Pedicure was 4/10. The chair and water temp was great. The rest, no thank you
Three bloody cuticles and a before/after meme is what I got. I've been to this place for years but felt like they pushed me off on the new guy. I asked them if they could do it. The new guy didn't know basic words like brown or glitter. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy and I wish he had done a better job. But he didn't, so I won't be back. I'm just really disappointed because I stopped getting my nails done 9 months ago because of the economy/inflation. Now I'm stuck with this.
This is currently my favorite go to salon. I have referred people that give me compliments. Very concerned about my satisfaction. Been going here about 2-3 years. Fast, friendly, and professional. Calvin and Lana are the best!!!!! My husband likes to go as well.
very rude attitudes from staff. This place has really bad customer service based on how they are feeling that day. I am a loyal customer for the last 2-3years. I went yesterday and waited for almost 2 hours and ended up leaving because they kept servicing people who came in after me. This place has a time sheet that you sign as soon as you come in but they don't abide by it. The time before that my shape and simple design of a smiley face was messed up. How do you mess up a smiley face? I will longer be going here or bringing my mother or sister to this place. Thats hundreds of dollars you're missing out on. The staff didn't care and was being rude but I promise you will care when you run all your great paying customers off.
I was going to this salon for well over a year pretty consistently. What isn't consistent is the treatment. Sometimes they would speak. Sometimes they wouldn't. Even though I was a consistent customer, there were several times when they weren't the friendliest. Calvin did a great job on my nails but has left without telling me even though he knew I was waiting on him. He would go to the back for several minutes without acknowledging that I was waiting on him. I excused the rude customer service because I really liked the way he did my nails. The final straw for me was the last time I came in. I signed in and sat down. No one spoke to me. Not surprising because again this happened more often then it didn't here. A woman came in after me and was called to be serviced. I asked Calvin if he saw me sitting there. I was there first. He said "you came in and didn't speak. We said hello and you didn't speak". I said "as long as I've been coming here why would I not speak if you spoke to me". He was argumentative and it felt like he was attempting to chastise me. The customer service is unbelievably bad here. I will no longer patronize a business that doesn't respect me or my dollar.
