I have been going here for a while so I was saddened by what happened. Had a pedicure and manicure for an event. I use gel for durability. The next day 3 of my nails chipped and I noticed 3 others were bubbled. I went back. No problem to re do. Great. So I told him the color was 612. I see he is using 611 and says its the same. Being in a hurry I went for it. Nope wrong color and it peeled off. By by queen nails. Gave you a chance.
Went to Queens for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had a break at work and they are right down the street. They were able to take me right away, did an awesome job on my nails. They were fast and the price was very reasonable. Not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I was clean and friendly.
After being told my wait for a simple pedi would be 30 minutes and waiting a little over 30 minutes, they figured out they could not get to me any time soon. STUPID! I got up and left. Not going back.
I can't believe this place doesn't have 5 stars all around! It is inexpensive and a pleasant experience. I was so happy with the way my nails were done and the variety of colors offered. The man who did my nails (working around 5:30 on Aug 5, wears glasses) didn't rush through and was pleasant to be around. Love my manicure, had a good experience, and REALLY loved the price.
Previously I've had a good experience. Today, however was not satisfactory at all. I'm completely disappointed in the service and quality. He apologized saying, "this is the best I can do"
