Nail Rume in Denver, CO

I requested a smaller drill after getting cut twice on my cuticle. I had to leave after getting cut a third time. Sucks because this is the closest nail salon to my house.

UPDATED: I'm 39, I've been getting my nails done for 2 decades- My nails didn't chip BC I've had "previous acrylic", that's ridiculous. My nails haven't chipped in years. Also, when I say that it was difficult to communicate BC the nail lady didn't speak English- that's not a hateful statement. I'm expressing the difficulty of the service I paid for. One example, she kept hurting my cuticles with the drill BC she couldn't understand when I said that it hurt. It might be useful to learn a few English key words so that you don't keep hurting your customers. Also, you should be aware that you charge about $20 extra on every service, more than the other Salons. (For the same services.) I'm well aware that gel costs more than regular polish. I assumed it's bc you add a paraffin wax to your pedicures, but Rose actually forgot to do it. (So you're charging extra, but NOT doing all the steps). Rose may have 15 years experience but it didn't feel like it. She kept pulling my feet closer to her bc she couldn't see well, which meant I had to hold my legs up and use my muscles the ENTIRE time. The other lady made me feel bad about it, asking if I always have this issue with my legs. No, I've never had this issue, BC the nail techs can see without pulling my feet to where I'm uncomfortable. We pay good money to get our nails done, so instead of acting like your customers are hateful, just be better at your business. I still tipped and didn't say anything rude. I'm sick of nail techs treating me like it's the first time I've had my nails done. Take responsibility and do better.

Nail Rune is delightful!  My mom and I went to get manicures and pedicures and we both had a wonderful experience!  Super clean, charming, attentive and talented!  This is the only nail salon we will go to from now on.

My first time here and it was spectacular. Ann and Eunice were so sweet and professional. It is by far one of the best pedicures I have ever have received. The salon is clean and inviting. Highly recommend, and I'll be a return customer anytime I'm in Denver.

This nail shop is just perfect!! It's small so there's not a lot of chaos which makes it very comfortable. Ann did my pedicure and she was very attentive and sweet. She made my ingrown toenail feel much better. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable often. They really listen to you and make you feel like a princess throughout the whole experience. Finding a good nail shop with good prices and service is hard but this place is a gem. I Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back.
