Queen Bee Beauty Bar in Denver, CO

The owner did not call to tell me ahead of time the shop was closed down for good. I made an appointment one week ago to show up today at 8am, only to discover the place was locked and no one was there. I am not sure I believe her since she sounded half awake. She didn't even apologize when I called. Save your time and go somewhere reliable that values customer service.

The worst experience ever. Rena treated me horribly. My appointment was at 5 and she started at 6:30 and not only she was not apologizing, but so rude and told me that I can leave if I want after 1:30 hour of waiting.  She told me that she cannot make the color I want unless she does bleaching. After 45 minutes of bleaching, she couldn't make the color and the color was nothing like I wanted. we had a long discussion before she started and she told me that she can do it just like the picture I showed but when she screwed up, She changed her words. After I asked her to blow dry piece of hair, so I can see the color better, she refused and she told me to pay the money that was for balayage and haircut and blow dry. I asked her to fix the green ugly color she made on my hair, but she said she would charge me extra!! and then she threatened me that she calls the police. I told her that she needs to fix it and I cannot pay 70-130 $ for a horrible color.  That was the worst experience. She definitely doesn't know her job and I highly suggest to never ever go there.  So disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ne is amazing! I told her what I like done and don't like done about my hair, and she met all of them. She was talking me through her process, step-by-step, and kept assuring I was OK with everything.
My hair turned out better than I imagined! I will definitely be going back to her for all my future hair needs!

I called and scheduled an appointment here. I had even called to see if she could get me in earlier that day and confirm the appointment for that day where we agreed on a time. I show up and she's not there. I called multiple time and the lady at the front desk called she was clearly screening my calls and still never called me to let me know she wasn't coming. Never again. Don't waste your time.
