Horrible customer service! Will never go back! I originally went in for a soak off and full set. Ended up only getting the soak off. After getting the soak off, I waited OVER AN HOUR to get my full set after deciding, enough is enough, just give me my bill for the soak off, and let me leave this unprofessional "business."
Within that over an hour, I watched them service 5 or more people that walked in after me. That is highly unacceptable!

Despite the long wait and the prices, the customer service was great. I can honestly say this is the only salon I have been to in this area where the gel lasted 3 weeks and counting without chipping. This is important to me since I work with my hands and I do not like paying to get my nails done and within a week, the gel has chipped on my nails.

Horrible !!!!!!!!! Service is slack ! wait time over 3 hours !!!! Over charge you !!!! Do not follow instructions when telling them what you want on your nails . Employees attitude is ridiculous !!!! do not waste your time or money

Nail Pro is a family owned business that offers EXCELLENT nail art. Mimi Tran is the only person I let touch my nails and she does a FABULOUS job with the SNS dip powder. They only use top notch brands and are able to match ANY picture you bring in. Mimi recently ordered me a color I wanted because they didn't have it! The service is phenomenal! Everyone who works there cares about the clients and love what they do. Also, pedicures are only $25! Mimi is also super talented in acrylics, gel, line work, and has a TON of rhinestones, gems, pearls and other accessories for nails. Seriously, you have to try them out.

The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was nice but she half did both. She did not file my nails or toenails and didn't even take all of the old polish (clear) off my fingernails. She did my manicure In The pedicure chair and rushed everything. Not a thorough job at all. Same on my granddaughter.
