Signature Nails and Spa in Florence, SC

Visiting from out of town and wanted a pedicure. This shop is walk-ins only which could serve as an issue during holiday time or weekends but we were advised it was only a 30 min wait and that we could be called once techs were available. The location is in a shopping center with parking available but limited. The inside was clean and had a nice aesthetic. I went with the spa pedicure and did get gel polish. I inquired about the complimentary champagne for clients receiving pedicure services and received a blank stare in response, even after pointing out what it says on the menu. The pedicure was fine for the price point and what's included. Would potentially visit again.

Was here on a Thursday for over 3 hours for a mani and pedi.     Then one of the nails they put in me broke.  So I came back Friday.  I was only 10 min away. She said they can fix 1 nail.  I get there and I sat for a hour b4 I was taken back.  FOR ONE NAIL!!!      Good luck

Well it was my intention to have a relaxing pedicure however I was not as impressed as I thought that I would be. My pedicure was mediocre at best for the first class $45 jasmine pedicure my hopes were heightened for a great experience. I was totally not wowed at all just a simple basic pedicure is what I received with a shabby polish job. I also asked for a polish change on my natural nails. The only thing I asked for was to simply change my nail polish no upgrades no gel no nothing just simple nail polish. Thinking that this would only be a minimal charge. When I got to the counter to check out I was informed that my bill was $65. I asked are you all charging me $20 for a nail polish change? The response was yes ma'am and I said wow a manicure was $25 I should have been informed that a polish change is $20 my nails were not polished correctly she simply removed my nail polish with acetone and applied another coat of polish. And that was not even done nicely to be honest with you my nails looked better prior to this service than when I left as I usually do my nails myself at home. Today reminded me why I do not get my nails done in a salon. I will not be returning to the salon again my service was nowhere near worth $65. As I do not have a problem paying for service but not being aware that a simple polish change would normally cost me $5 to $10 in my home town of it Atlanta Georgia this is ridiculous and ratchet again this was ratchet.

Stopped by for the first time since I had an appointment across the street. The young lady at the front was very helpful and pleasant. I did wait over 45 minutes for a tech to assist me. During the whole wait my feet were soaking and no one checked on me. My tech finally arrived and I asked for the tv to be on, she claimed it didn't work. No problem there! The tech did a great job with my pedicure but the long wait time put me in a sour mood. A nail tech did apologize and let me know they were very short staffed. I did notice not many people working, I did see many workers talking and going to the back. Just the fact my pedicure was perfect I may visit again when they have more workers on shift.

Trannie  is wonderful love the service especially the care she gave me with my eyebrows, pedicure and manicure I will be booking her again.
