Today's Nails in Florence, SC

Welp here goes.... so I have visited this place many times over the years, however, it seems to me that the more time passes the more they lack good service. I asked for a particular color in powder and instead of telling me that she(Tweet) didn't have it she took it upon herself to make the decision to just use polish which wasn't dried or applied correctly. when I went back she seemed upset and irritated that I came back. Her employee even said that she wasn't there. I found it amusing because she asks personal questions about us in English and when I came back be she messed up my nails her whole conversation was in their language, this is By far thee worst nail salon in Florence. I will NEVER spend another dime of my hardworking money there.

I went there for the first time in years and thought the service would be the same. It was not. My nail tech rushed through the job. As though she was irritated she had customers. My nails are uneven and thick. The shape is crooked and I paid $40 for a full in and 1 nail repair. My nails are ruined. I grow my natural nails, not wear the fake nails and they have lost my service.

If you want your nails done don't go to Today's Nails at the Walmart shopping center. I called and they gave me an appointment they said that was all they were taking and then when I got there they said they weren't taking appointments and would not honor my appointment. You have to wait 6 hours and then the place is filthy nasty when you go in there. I've been going there for probably ten years and I'll never go back!!!

Compared to other nail salons that I have tried here in Florence, Today's Nails is the best! I get great service every time I get what I ever needed done. Are they absolutely perfect? No, but I can tell you I will not go anywhere else. If I'm not satisfied with something they fix it. I have sat there and seen how some customers were disrespectful and they wonder why the nail tech react to being disrespected. You're getting service done. If something is being done that you don't like, be kind and let them know. You will be amazed at the response you receive when it's done in kindness. I gave a four star instead of a five star rating because of the interruptions when someone comes in any only wants their eyebrows done. I wish they just had a tech just do eyebrows.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This place could be decent, but instead of paying attention to the customer and considering maybe they would enjoy a peaceful visit, all of the employees talk CONSTANTLY back and forth to each other from one end of he shop to the other. It's entirely too loud and ridiculous. Even though that surprised me, I have foolishly gone back multiple times, thinking maybe it's just me. But now I have my third gel pedicure that has popped off and chipped two days later., I am DONE. This place just pays no attention to what they are doing and it shows in the quality. Will never go back.
