New York Nails & Spa in Florence, SC

this place sucks! the manager was very nice but the employees were rude and disrespectful. i had my three girls getting there toe nails done and one of the employees that was a male accused the three 13 year olds of laughing at him, they were clearly talking to each other and didn't notice the man until he asked them why they were laughing. the man stood behind one of the girls and looked at her phone and invaded her privacy and accused her of videoing him, he cussed at her and yelled at a 13 year old and after he talked about it to another customer. one of the other employees was vaping/smoking into my daughters face while she got her pedicure done and proceeded to talk about the girls and made mean looks. this place is just sad. never coming again. also way over priced and they looked terrible!!!

This business will NEVER see me again. Not only is the job sloppy and ugly, the tech at #7 had the nerve to cut me because she was mad that I asked her to clean up around my cuticles so she decided to try and drill my cuticles off until I bled. See photo of pinky nail. Look at the acrylic all over my thumb cuticles.
When I went to check out I asked could they take off something for cutting me the younger lady #8 said $2 is what they would take off bc she didn't mean to do it.
Ridiculous and horrible customer service.
A manager needs to contact me with a refund expeditiously

Went to get a pedicure was advised they were not taking walk ins and that they would text you when it's is your time for your service, well what they forget to mention is that they take appointments and you can leave a deposit so those people bump the people who are waiting . You can leave a $30 deposit and then you can automatically have an appointment.  This is the most unprofessional place i have ever been too as I went at 11 am and it has been 5 hours so I still haven't been called for my service because they are liars. They make up things. I was told that it was two people in front of me so I waited in the parking lot only  to see numerous people walk up and they take them. If your in Lake City please skip this place and go somewhere else. Their level of professionalism sucks and I will never ever again.

Horrible service, they did a terrible job ob my nails, they look nothing like the way I wanted them to. The lady who did my nails was lazy and rude and was hitting my hand to dust off the acrylic powder. She didn't even let me wash my hands until she was completely done painting etc. Her tools were extremely dirty and there was stuff floating in the dirty shot glass holding the fluid. Disgusting!! I took pictures and I will NEVER go back. They over charge too! If I hadn't been with my in-law and knew she wouldn't go anywhere else I would have left asap. Worst place I've been to and I've gone to salons in the hood in Baltimore and Philadelphia!

Stopped here during Christmas with my mom. The place was gross with things lying everywhere. The staff was unprofessional yelling over customers heads to have conversations with people in the front of the store. We only got pedicures and the jets wouldn't work on the chairs. To top it off they cut my mom's foot and it wouldn't stop bleeding. They used all kinds sprays and everyone in store wanted to try to help stop the bleeding. Not to mention they did all of this with no gloves on. They then proceeded to charge us full price with no offer of a discount or apology. Run far far away from here.
