Girls were kind, but the gentleman who was either the owner or a manager was very rude. Very harsh toward the female nail technicians. Very unpleasant to watch. I was not allowed to make an appointment, but was told they were not busy and a walk in would be fine, and when I walked in no one (customer wise) was there. There were two nail technicians and the gentleman (manager). I was asked to wait? About 5-10 mins later another female came in and he immediately started her nails? I was told no appointments- only walk ins. Maybe that only applies to me?! About another 5-10 mins past and I asked how long the wait would be, and the he snapped at one of the girls to start my nails. It was all very weird. Again, girls were very nice. Gel pedi and mani chipped within days:(

I asked for my nails to be coffin style they oval shape then on top of that there was acrylic all over my fingers and hands my nails are so thin they feel like they are going to break and every time I touch something my nails hurt

I asked for my old nails to be soaked off and they popped them off instead of soaking them
If you are looking for your nails look like a child did them then this is the place for you
Terrible, horrible, unprofessional service! I went in and asked for a simple American pedicure. She kept trying to give me a French manicure. Tried to paint my entire nail white. She nicked me 3 times. She didn't get all my cuticles. She cut the nails crooked. I put my book down and I had to file my own nails 'cause the guy kept telling me they weren't crooked. I walked out of there with my nails naked and they wanted me to pay the entire charge. My toes actually looked worse than when I went in because they didn't get all the white stuff off when they used the remover. One of the other customers actually walked up to them to SHOW THEM what an American pedicure looked like on her iphone!
I went to have a gel polish manicure and not only was the manicure rushed but the gel polish peeled off in a matter of days. They took off the existing polish with a drill file and my nails have not recovered. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
