I decided to come back again because pat came back only to find out she's completely booked at that time. Once again the owner did my nails and then they charged me $65 for these pink and white claiming they were Long explain how the last time i was there I paid less for longer ? they almost made it to 2 weeks and my two finger nails on my right hand and the middle on my left came off completely different set this was the link and white French tips short. I just can't seem to find the nail salon for me. This is my 7th, yes 7th, salon I've tried in Charlotte. If someone could please help me find a salon that cares I would really appreciate it. Michael rushed me and even after me guiding him to fix issues, still wasn't up to par. He didn't even file the sides of my nails nor did he fill them in on the sides to start with. I have been at home trying to fix them myself with a file but will end up having to go get them filled in before needed somewhere else.
Best salon I've been too in a while! They listen, they care and they aren't overpriced! Pat was my nail tech and she was assisted by a younger guy (I forgot his name but he was great!) I was in a rush to catch a flight and only had an hour to get a full set and a pedicure. Pat was AMAZING in assisting me. She and the younger guy doubled teamed and got me out of there right on time! She did my pedicure and he did my nails. Everyone was very friendly and professional! I would recommend this place to anyone and I'm actually contemplating driving 5 hours every 2 weeks and making them my go to place!
