A refund was initiated after speaking with Ashley who apologized & cared enough to rectify this situation.
Zero professionalism. We have yet to receive a refund from May 28th. My husband pre paid as a birthday gift. I was contacted via text 2 minutes before the start of my appointment that supplies were not ordered and all appointments were cancelled. No apology, no concern, just asked if I wanted to rebook. NO!! If I don't see that refund today, I'm making a visit.
I booked a gel manicure & soak off for $42 total. I did not receive a gel manicure at all and was charged for services I never booked or asked for. I ended up having to pay $76. I emailed the owner and she admitted that I didn't receive what I booked for but she said the picture I sent before my appointment was not a gel set but that was never discussed with me beforehand. In my opinion they are very inexperienced and I would not recommend if you are looking for quality and honest services. People keep asking me why I still paid and it's because only myself and the nail tech was there. There was no one higher up I could speak to and I would never just walk out of a place without paying because I am not a thief. I simply asked to be charged the correct amount according to my booking confirmation and they did not refund me.
They do a pretty good job, just a little overpriced. I wouldn't recommend doing a pedicure as they could be more sanitary but amazing job with manicures.
Just really need more practice... I took a chance on this salon because my regular nail technician was out of town. The pics reflect the quality of work. The nails started breaking 4 days later... you can tell from the cuticle area that it's no where near time for a fill-in. I'm sure they'll be much better once they get more business and the nail techs can practice more.
