Well I was looking for a nail Salin today and found this one. I came in and they were not that busy. All I needed was a nail fixed and I asked the lady in charge snd I think her name is Missy. Anyhow she was very rude and cold to me. She then rolled her eyes at me as I asked. She said that I would have to speak to one of the other two doing feet (they didn't look up) to ask them for an apt. But as far as her "she had no apts for the day" There was hardly anyone in there and I found understand if she was busy did the day but at least say "hey let me make you an appointment and thank you for coming. Can you come back tomorrow? Can we take your number in case someone cancels?" Anything like that would have been applicable here. She should not be in management. Or even running a business like this.
When I called the lady was really nice and said I could come now. There were 3 ppl 2 working when I walked in. The First Lady said we are ready just a minute. So I sat down. The last person slowly put down her phone and just seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Then she slowly got up shaking her head no. Then slowly walked toward the back. I slowly got up walked out the door to my car and left. Her energy wasn't right. Nails 1st inside the mall did a great job.
Well.. I thought maybe surprising my girlfriend and taking her to get her nails done there would be nice, but Her nails chipped over night and the service there was poor i don't recommend nobody to go there...
I don't recommend going here at all. The customer service was okay but the service was horrible, they did a very poor job with me and my other two friends nails. The shaping of our nails was trash and painting was even worse. For over $200 of service you would think we would be happy with the results.
Don't waste your time! Went to this place since it's Sunday and most nail places aren't open. All i have to say is that was the biggest waste of 30$ for a gel manicure! I had gel polish all over my cuticles, fingers, and palms. The nail station was super super dirty with the people before me old fake nails on the counter. I was one of two people in there and still had to wait 30 minutes for them to even start on me. Really really wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.
