I went to this establishment 3 times in less than a week because this stylist ruined my hair twice and the last one didn't listen to instructions either so I'm so so so sorry I went here and didn't and don't feel comfortable going out with it now. Hire better stylist because I had long beautiful hair now I'm scalped. It was hard to hold back my emotions
my 6 year old has very thin easily-damaged hair and there is a massive knot underneath. I went to this walk-in facility in hope of getting help brushing it out or giving her a whole new awesome hair style. Instead I was approached by a male stylist who told me it is against their policy to brush out knots and he handed me a brush and detangler spray to do it myself in the waiting area. My daughter cringed and cried because it hurt. Another Stylist was kind enough to approach us and help. No luck and my daughter screamed. I took her outside to try and calm her down and convince her to "get it over with". No luck. We went back inside and the guy was LAUGHING at us. I threw the products on the counter and he said "well have a nice day". What a horrible person! Middle finger to you.
So lucky I can't give 0 stars DO NOT LET THE RED HEAD CUT YOUR HAIR!!! She fucked up my husband hair then when pointed out to her she ignored me and left it stilled fucked up. My advice to somewhere else until she's fired
