Service was amazing!! Jessica did a beautiful job definitely will be coming back. Vibe was great, everyone was very polite and professional.

YALL!! If you are looking for a place here in Valdosta, THIS IS IT! Litzy was my tech and she was so sweet and she gave me exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere is great and the wait is worth it! There is a reason they are booked and busy! I am so happy with my nails and so pleased with my experience!

Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this establishment! I went in for a fill in, - with deep French manicure and eyebrow, chin and lip wax. Foremost, Bee attempted to polish my nails with a bronze color (without asking what color I wanted) and when I communicated that the polish did not look natural she got an attitude and proceeded to get the manager, Nathan who informed me I would need a new set in order to get the requested look. When I stated that this information should have been communicated I requested to have the polish removed. it was down hill from there and by the time they finished my nails I proceeded to get the wax service. completed the service to only learn of the price gauging. my nails $65 and wax &45. in my 40 years of getting my nails done I have never been charged such inflated prices, even post COVID. When I inquired that the prices did not match what was posted nor was I given the opportunity to decide if I would pursue the services by being told the price before the services were rendered. This salon is a fraud and secretly adding in prices at the end of the service. I will never return to this salon again!

I went to US NAILS after having a horrible day. It was late & Nathan advised me to come in when I called. When I got there the salon was clean & there wasn't a long wait. Nathan, Julie, Kim, & Lizzie are all very great techs. Kim is sweet & very gentle. If you need a gentle tech Kim is your Queen.

I am visiting from out of town, so I was searching for a nail shop to get my nails done for a special event. Their prices sign on their wall said $45 for a full set with gel polish. The nail tech asked me if I wanted long or short nails. I told her I wanted short, square with the edges rounded. The entire time the tech was so doing my nails, she complained that she wasn't feeling well because she had two shots of tequila. When I went to pay, a different lady asked me if I wanted a receipt. I told her yes. She gave me the pay ticket and she charged me $50. I pointed to the sign and told her the sign said $45. She said, "Well, that's for long nails." I told her that they should tell their customers that there is a difference between the prices for long and short nails and before I could finish my sentence to tell her that I specifically told the tech what I wanted and that I do believe that my nails are short, she interrupted me and said, "You should have asked." I paid the $50 and left because I was going to give the tech a $5 tip anyway, even though she didn't provide the best experience for me. She still did a good job on my nails.
