My nails look nice - but they are a bit thicker than usual. It felt pretty rushed and they did not disclose there is a credit card fee, I noticed it on my receipt after I left.

This was my favorite place to go for a mani pedi. If things don't change and they don't revert back to their exceptional service and professionalism, I will have to find a new nail salon. There are employees sitting in chairs doing nothing or eating lunch. The only available worker was someone who I had had before and I refused to let him do my nails. He is rude, mean, and unprofessional. He refused to lay down a clean towel to do my nails on. He even became belligerent when I insisted that he lay down a clean towel. That is the first thing they should do when a customer sits at the table they lay down a clean towel. And when they do lay down a towel then they shake it on the floor instead of taking it over to the garbage can to shake out. I always cringe when they do this. Don't they know this is unsanitary and causes more dust? There are some very nice women who work here and work very hard and some of the lazier employees are bringing this place down. They need to be kind, the workers need to eat before their shift or after their shift not during their shift and they need to put a clean towel down for the customer to put their hands on. These are simple things that they need to do that aren't being done. I really do want to keep this as my favorite nail salon but if things don't change I will have to make a change.

100% I do not recommend, in fact- avoid. Unfortunately, I was treated horribly today around 12:30pm 10/12 when I went to get a chipped nail fixed which I originally also got done there on 10/7. There were no customers inside, just 2 employees slumped in the waiting room chairs who glanced at me then back at their phones when I walked in, same with a few other unoccupied employees in pedicure chairs. As their only customer this was already odd. The employee who finally addressed me made a face and retorted at me the second I said I needed a quick nail repair. Because I didn't know the number when walking in the door, of the color I have currently on (I did have the exact name) a small woman with a short ombré bob haircut gave me the most off-putting attitude with sarcastic faces and a heavily aggravated tone from the moment I said the name of the color I had on my hands rather than the number. She silently slapped down about 10 of their rings of dip colors on the table in front of me to find it, which I looked through for about 5 minutes, all the while she just watched me search. She started grilling me about if I got them done there (I already said I had) and rudely asking for the name of the person who originally did my nails for whatever reason she didn't actually say because she wasn't actually providing a reason, just moving her hands in a sarcastic fashion as if she was grasping for a reason that she should do my nails. I told her who based on his station and that didn't work for her either. It was all very confusing from the start as if I somehow didn't qualify for her to do my nails. All while giving me the same tone and expressions to my responses, and making remarks to the other employees. This was very strange because her behavior started from the moment I walked in not knowing the exact number. She didn't even try to look at my nails to identify the color or help find it- She just was immediately aggravated that I didn't walk in knowing a number like P37 or D457.... Last I checked I wasn't employed there. I knew the name of the color from seeing it in large print on the dip powder jar when they were done last, so I simply asked her to look for that. This she argued with and responded to by flinging open their cabinet of powders then cutely turned to me to look for. All the while the employees in waiting chairs are still engrossed in their phones and glancing up every other remark. I pretty quickly figured out I didn't want to spend anymore time with this employee acting in charge, with sharp tools in her hand, in a business with no business practices. I told her I wouldn't be returning and I always come here. She said I was a bitch when walking out. You could say I regret entering this place of business during their business hours and asking for them to do their business on me. Learned my lesson. I didn't mind this salon for the past 3 times I went which made it disappointing, thinking I had found a decent consistent nail salon in town. If this place wishes to keep that illusion up I suggest getting rid of the employees which hate their job. Especially this one who did not have an ounce of friendliness in the entire exchange. The entire interaction was extremely rude and shocking from start to finish. She was so confident in her attitude towards me, which was even more off putting and reason to never go back other than to tell the owners. I would never recommend this place after such an experience.

I walked in and only had a short wait. My pedicure was fantastic. She was very attentive and I love the feel of the lotions and oils she used on my legs

Customer service was very unprofessional. This is by far the worst gel french manicure I've ever had. The nail technician didn't even make an effort to clean white tip nail polish off of my fingers. I asked for a pink undertone and they gave me a white undertone instead and refused to correct the mistake. There was debris/ lint embedded in my gel nail polish.
