FINE Nails Salon LLC in Tallahassee, FL

PLEASE DONT COME HERE . The staff is beyond rude , they rush on both nails and toes . I was charged 90$+ a tip for short nails that had jewelry that came off the same day I left the shop. I called Sunday because I was not in the area to get them fixed and I work . she blamed my jewerly falling off as my mistake and said if I don't come in today SUNDAY. she will charge me . mind you I told her I work Sunday -Wednesday. when I have already paid 150$ dollars . she rushed me out the shop soon as she was done. PLEASE I beg you All don't come here .

I normally don't do reviews but this is a good place to come however if they are busy turn around. I went in for a pedi and eyebrow wax which is what i normally get & the pedi was great. When i went to get a wax i said leave then thick now i'm walking around with a pencil line as eyebrows‍ Won't catch me getting my eyebrows waxed here ever again !!

Never Again. Rude. Horrible Customer Service & Common Sense. Pedi was fine. Manicure was seriously horrible.

If you are thinking about coming here..please go elsewhere...They are very money hungry and the lady that does the pedicures is horrible and need to retire. My feet still look the same as when I walked in...only courtesy she did was cutting them down and that wasn't great either. Instead of Vicki offering to fix or half price she got an attitude because I said to her I been a customer for 10 years and has never had a complaint but my feet where not properly done..in the mist I received an important call (being induced) I asked Vicki to give me a sec...once my call was over (1 min) she had a very nasty attitude which was very shocking because I never encountered this side of her. Talking about the care of my feet. I said well I never had this problem when your father does my feet. Of course she had nothing to say then. Because right then she knew so many complaints have been made about the bullcrap services they have been providing( which I have witnessed these past 3 months)...I told her in her face she has lost a customer and to never worry about me again! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!

Came here yesterday to get my feet and nails done And I was pretty satisfied with the service. I love that everyone who works there is family and this nail shop has been open since I was in high school. I had the dad working on my feet and he did an amazing job as you can see. He was really friendly and gentle, I have sensitive skin so some things that doesn't hurt someone without sensitive skin would definitely hurt me he was very gentle with my feet even without him knowing that I have sensitive skin. Then when he was finished with my feet I moved over to his daughter who was so friendly and funny she was so very sweet and she explained the prices to my friend who I came in with. All of them as a whole are so sweet they will help you with anything that you need they will get you in and out of that chair in a timely manner and they are very good at what they do. A lot of times the people who work on your nails and feet are not really gentle and they really don't care they just want to get you out of the chair but the nail techs in this salon we're good people and they care about each and every person that steps through the door.
