I'm going to preface this review by saying that I typically do my own nails, but I ran out of product & am about to go on vacation, so I needed them done asap & my friend recommended this place as it's her go-to shop. For a full set with only acrylic, it was $60, which in the going market really isn't terrible. My tech took her time ensuring I got the color & shape I wanted, and was very gentle with my hands. I only had to wait about 10 minutes as a walk-in, which was nice. My only major gripe is that the tip of the nails were all slanted, but I fixed that by quickly re-filing them once I got home. Overall, I'm relatively satisfied with the result, and I'd go to them again in a pinch.
Went to get my nails today and the workers were so rude. The lady did not want to show me the colors to select for my nails on my nails. So she made me go to someone else to get my nails done. All I wanted was to see the colors on my nails for me to decide which color I wanted. After that they were all just looking at me and making me feel ostracized. Did not have a good experience.
I got my toes done literally 4 hours ago and most of the nails have popped off wtf for $80 this shouldnt be happenin.
I was getting the acrylic nails I had on taken off and a full set put on. When taking off the acrylic he was very forceful which hurt a lot. But that truly wasn't that big of a deal for me. I first hit a nerve when he asked if I wanted to cut my real nails down and I didn't really want to that much and he kept asking why. THEN clearly I did it for him when he asked me which color I wanted and I stated nude please. He started asking what shade of nude would I prefer, light medium or dark and I suggested it may be easier if I took a look at the colors they had and picked. He was not happy with that answer, stopped what he was doing and asked a co worker to finish me when they were done with their client. LMAO I walked out and and just laughed. Terrible customer service but thanks for taking off my nails for no charge ;)
THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! Lee, the owner, made sure to spend majority of his time yelling and saying racist remarks rather than doing nails. Although I was willing to wait Lee made it a priority to skip over me for a simple color change. After eventually making me cry he continues to yell at me. Before I am able to leave he left the shop to call the police on me. This was not my first time at this nail salon but it will MOST CERTAINLY be my last. (The lady who did my toes and apologized for her owners rage was very kind and does not deserve to be at a racist shop like this one.
