Nail Boutique in Lone Tree, CO

So, I just got the Bubble Explosion Pedicure at the Nail Boutique, and it was amazing!  The active bubbles were invigorating, and it smelled so fresh and clean!  I highly recommend it.   You have to ask for Sheila! She didn't rush through the pedicure like most other technicians in Lone Tree do.   It's a high-end salon, tastefully decorated with crystal chandeliers, wine service and high-end pedicure chairs and over the top service.   It's no wonder they have 4 out of 5-star reviews on Google! My new go to salon for sure!

I had to come back and reply to the ridiculous comment left by the owner and comments she has left under other clientele that were unhappy with the service provided. Firstly, I did not have an attitude when I walked in. I was actually in a great mood being that I was celebrating my 1st year anniversary and I thought I was coming back to the women who did my nails for my wedding. Again that was not the case. The nail tech did not even know how to properly hold a nail file and horribly filed my nails down she barely removed any cuticle and when I asked her to fix a broken nail she stated she would put nail hardener on it??? You can tell when someone knows what they're doing and unfortunately this does not seem to be the case at this nail salon anymore. Instead of trying usher customers back in the owner chooses to leave passive aggressive comments to customers and complain abt buying a store as if anyone asked her to purchase it in the first place. And to disrespect the previous owners as internet educated nail technicians when these women were highly skilled patient and most importantly KIND and put their all into a business that unfortunately did not work out just shows that the energy of this place has changed for the worst. You are lucky to get the business off the backs of what those women were doing. And you have proven to be ungrateful and entitled to that when you are not! I passed by this salon before it was even open when I was pregnant in 2020. Again this salon held much sentimental value! Unfortunate it has been taken over by this entitled owner! She also stated that customers leaving bad reviews are unprofessional but what she doesn't realize is that it's not our job to be professional. You know who's job it is though?? YOURS!

I am so happy that I call this place my nail home!  I had another gel-x full set and spa pedicure this week and I'm just so in love  Any design I bring in every few weeks- they always get it on point! On top of that, they serve you wine, snacks, a warm neck wrap... It's like a mini spa day! They also have about 10 delicious scents you can pick from for their foot soaks, sea salt foot scrubs, foot masks, and moisturizing creams... all included in their pedicures.

I've had both Sheila and Madison replicate any design I've wanted for my nails and they always turn out so beautifully! I wish I took pictures of the last couple but I will update this review with future photos.

I just really want people to know about this hidden gem... it's on the back side of a restaurant business, facing the United Artists theater so I wouldn't have known it was there if I wasn't searching for gel-x nails. I found out about gel-x nails when I was in Los Angeles then found out they're huge in places like California, New York, Texas. It seems like Colorado is slightly behind on nail trends because there are only a few other nail salons offering gel-x in Denver and I tried a few others. They were all meh. As long as Nail Boutique is doing what they've been doing- I won't be looking for anywhere else! Thank you for the wonderful experience with each visit ladies!!

Also- in regard to that recent negative review from Erica.... I've seen her in the salon when it was under different ownership in the past and could tell she was really close friends with the lady that was working on her nails and the owner of the shop.... That's the only reason I could see for why she would speak negatively the way she did on the review. Coming from a lot of experience with that salon: the review seems to be falsified. Maybe if she provided a picture to show what she was explaining with the review at the time she wrote it, it may be more understandable.

I think it's important to note that most of the good reviews I've seen here are from services rendered by the previous owners/nail techs. Previously my nails were always top notch! Unfortunately all the techs left once the business was sold. I've gotten my nails down twice since this shop has been under new ownership and I was embarrassed to even show my hands. I'm all about supporting up and coming artists but a little honesty and integrity would be nice. Management and techs telling  clients that they're able to do nails when the results say otherwise is not ok. Every one was friendly but I'm not paying to make friends. I'll be surprised if they stay open thru the summer.

Update 3/20/2023 (for the date police)... Yes I did wait to post my review. Yelp reviews are not top priority in my life. Would you question my timing if my review was positive? I spoke to a professional business owner and she reminded me how many clients like myself depend on reviews. When I came to post my honest review and saw how you have taken NO accountability for your unpreparedness as a business owner or the quality of service that is provided at your shop that further encouraged me to leave a review. You forgot to mention that I returned on January 14th to have my nails redone (please see screenshot below of texts between you and I). The first set that I had done at your shop under your ownership was far from beautiful. They were so bad that I didn't even photograph them. This is why you agreed to allow me to return to have them redone the very next day. Remember? If it somehow escaped your memory you can refer to the attached screenshot. And for the record.... The picture of the nude set with neon outline was done by Nasa last year on May 6, 2022 before you owned the shop, Mary. I also keep receipts. Also I was not a friend of the previous owners. I was a paying customer. My reviews are honest and pertain only to the services I have received. Looks like you're in the wrong business. But people will see for themselves. Take care now.

had the best pedicure I ever had, I will continue going to the salon for nails and other services they offer...the staff is very experienced attentive and so nice...always a very pleasurable time in their so welcoming salon...
