Magic Nails & Lash in Lone Tree, CO

Just got my nails done by Lynn, and she was a gem! She was so friendly and took extra time and care on my dip nails and pedicure. Didn't feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend booking with her!

I've been coming to the salon for close to a year! Every 2 weeks!!! So every rebase alone is close to $200+!!! The guy I've been going too (Louis) lately have been very unprofessional! To the point that in one of our appointments the walked away to take a break! (We had an appointment and the entire time he kept stopping and watching a game and then stopped completely to take a break( I'm fine with the break situation but not in the middle of my appointment! I did stopped tipping him like I did at the beginning, because tipping is rewarding people for the great work not just because!!! So I was supposed to tip even when his work was unprofessional? Well I was so stupid that I kept coming! Until now.

I can NOT recommend Son enough!! He's newer to the salon and is incredible. He was meticulous with the paint he did and the shape is chefs kiss perfection! Highly recommend!!

I've been a Magic Nails customer for decades. The service used to be great, and the technicians all friendly and very good at their craft. I don't remember ever having any issues. The last 2 visits were awful. It's a chaotic frenzied atmosphere, and I just feel like a "number" now. The expansion of the salon was the beginning of the end for me because the friendly faces were gone, to be replaced with the rush rush rush to get as many of the "herd" in and out. What a shame.  My last (and final) visit was so disappointing and SO much more expensive! My nails (french-no tips, dip) looked so horrible and I was shocked when the guy said he was "done". They were so thick and unnatural-looking, just blobby & uneven and UGLY. My SIL was with me and she couldn't believe that I got SUCH bad nails. Between she and I getting mani-pedis and my niece just getting some polish on her fingers, it cost $290!!! And that's before a tip! I'm done. I'd rather have short plain colorless pioneer worker man hands than spend my time or my husbands money here again.

Go somewhere else. The management is terrible. I made an appointment over the phone on Friday for today (Monday) with D for a manicure dip and pedicure. When I called on my way over to confirm if they were running on time, no one seemed have a clue when my appointment was. Since I had been waiting since Friday, I was agitated along with the fact my last few appointments were running late up to 20 minutes. Long story short, I was treated rudily, even sneered at and threatened. I guess this company does not appreciate their customers since I gave very generous tips in the past regardless of the wait and the rushed service which was anything but relaxing. There are too many other options. I should also mention years ago I got a horrible infection here requiring medical attention. I thought it was an rare exception, but now I don't think they care. Only about the money which they are raking in.
