Great customer service! Great environment! I would recommend this nail salon to my family members and friends.

I requested 2 pedicures for 10:45 We got sat down immediately however one girl didn't want to work with my friend and insisted I sit in her chair. Well 20 minutes later my friend still hasn't even had her feet soaking meanwhile my artist is already giving me a massage. Her nail tech finally came through after spending a meticulous amount of time perfecting another ladies nails. She told my friend she came do her nail cause she has another appointment and can only paint them.. UMMM helllo we ALSO had an appointment you were later to. After explaining that to her she still refused and said her other client is also important. Ok so this client isn't tht you wasted 20 minutes of our time? I will NEVER be coming back here cause after confronting the tech, the nail techs started to DIG their finger nails into the grooves of our toes while painting. Look I know you in a busy industry. However you DO not physically or mentally abuse your clients.

I've been going to Nail Bar and Spa off and on for almost 7 years now. Some good experiences, some not so great but never bad enough to make me write a bad review. Anyways, I wanted to try out Gel X nails for the first time for my birthday. I was told while making my appointment that my lady was so skilled and I'd be so happy with her. First she tried to convince me not to get Gel X because "they don't last as long" which isn't true. So we proceeded... They look horrible. $62 and tip, paying more than acrylics for them to look so much worse than any full acrylic set I've gotten. I'm so sad.

I mean, why? I just came here for an acrylic set for my grandma and they end up doing this

As someone who only gets their nails done once or twice a year I prefer if they looked good. The design I got ended up uneven and slightly see through as there was only one coat. I was cut several times, you would think after the first cut she would lay off a little. After being cut she used alcohol to wipe my fingers a few times and this burned the cuts she had just made. At the end of service she put an oil on my fingers that came from a dirty looking bottle and the applicator was a reusable one that I'm upset touched my open cuts on my fingers and has also been on countless hands. I don't know how they charged me with a smile on their face as if my fingers weren't looking like trash. It wasn't clean, design sub-par, and I just pray I don't get an infection. Skip this place guys, I regret paying.
