Nail Bar & Spa in Lexington, KY

This place used to be really good but service has went very downhill. Somehow got charged $149 for a pedicure and a full set while my friend got the same pedicure and was charged a different price. The pedicure we chose was supposed to be the deluxe for $43, we got charged $60 and $68?? We think they are adding their own tips into the price they give because I was not asked to leave a tip. When doing our pedicures none of the utensils were sanitized or single use products which is gross. Water was boiling hot and not tested before being asked to put our feet in. It has not even been 24 hours since going and my friend's toe already looks infected. Massage chairs also didn't work. Wouldn't recommend.

worst nail experience I've ever had in my life I felt rushed and they were rude I was charged 10 just for them to cuticle clip which is always included in nails but the lady who done my acrylic had it everywhere it literally was dripping off my fingers she done a sloppy job and this was nails for my wedding ...... sure enough two days later I'm pulling on sweat pants and my nail breaks off!!! just not happy first bad experience I've ever had at a salon  in all I paid 120 to have my toenails painted and basic acrylic with white tips

Awful. I came in last weekend to get SNS done because I couldn't get in with my regular nail tech. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by a lady who then laughed with her coworker after I said something which made me feel uncomfortable. I was seated by the same lady. She did my dip powder nails fine, but was very rough with the drill. She cut me in a few places, including making a deep cut under my nail after going too hard on the drill, which made it bleed a lot. I'm sure she noticed because of all the blood, but didn't even bother to say sorry. I went home in tears because of how much I paid and how bad it hurt. All of my nails were cracked, broken, or chipped by the 3rd day. Never coming back here. Awful service, high prices, not clean at all, and low quality products.

I had a guy who did my pedicure and OMG it was everything. He spent time on me and didn't try to rush me out in order to get someone else in. He did a great job on my nails. The price wasn't too bad. It's a great place and the workers seem so nice!

I happened to pass this place on my way home and decided I could use a mani/pedi. I cannot recommend this place enough. The kind man who gave my pedicure was incredible and couldn't have done a better job. I tend to jerk my foot during pedicures and each time he laughed it off and was so patient with me. Then, the kind woman who did my acrylics was one of the sweetest people I've ever talked to and did a beautiful job. All the employees, especially the ones working on me made me feel so comfortable and I enjoyed every bit of my experience here. Also, I paid $100 for a full set of acrylics AND a pedicure. I come from California so that was completely unreal to me especially since I've paid more and did not get these kind of results at most places. If you're in Hamburg, come visit this place because the staff is phenomenal but on top of that, their work speaks for itself. Thank you Nail Bar and Spa for putting a smile on my face today and giving me the best nail salon experience I've had in years. When I turn 21, I am so excited to sip some wine here while getting pampered:)
