I have been to this salon a few times as it is close to my house but it is proven to be a continuous mistake on my part. A previous time I went my nails looked nothing like I wanted and I was way over charged. This last and final time I will ever go there, I had an appointment I had made for 11:30am. When I got there I checked in and the woman said ok have a seat. I waited a half hour then finally said to the woman that I had been waiting a half hour and she said to me "yeah I'm behind schedule, you can wait or come back". I was so mad, she could have said that to me when I walked in a half hour prior. She was so rude, I told her no I won't wait and I definitely won't be back! It's my own fault for continuing to go there after prior bad experiences but the rudeness was the icing on the cake for me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!
Went in to get acrylics removed and felt like I was bothering them. Drew blood with the dremmel, shredded my cuticles and shoved my cut fingers in acetone. There's still acrylic on my nails too.
I really wanted to give this place a better review. I just couldn't get myself too. First if all I walked in on a snowy day they said they'd be right with me.all I needed was a fill. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. They could've atleast said hour wait. I would've came back. Finally took me. Super rushed my nails. We're so rough. I like being pampered not man handled. Paint job looked terrible. Will not retutn.

My nails are lumpy, one nail is completely jacked up after asking him to fix it twice. He didn't completely remove my previous acrylic before applying the new tips. For that reason I changed from white tips to polish and he acted like this was annoying and said I was wasting his time since I was trying to decide between tips or polish. He said the polish was dry but now I'm home and it's all messed up. My cuticles are all scratched up and to top it all off he was very rude. VIP nails on S willow is cheater, more professional and does a great job.
Don't ever come here. Horrible experience. They even cut my finger when doing my nails to the point a lot of blood was coming out and I didn't even get a sorry or anything. Did a horrible job on my pedicure also!! Never again will i come here
