Never write reviews... BUT this place did a good job and was very pleased with results. Was nervous about cheating on my nail lady I love in VT but needed a place near school. Made a day of appointment for 9:30 am. Arrived, seated right away for both my friend and I. I am picky about my nail shape but happy to say both nail techs did a great job on our acrylic nails, not too thick, great shaping (I get almond, friend got coffin) and polish job. Neither of us got designs so I can't advise on nail art or french tips. Staff was friendly, and my tech let me look at several colors on the nail before I chose. Would go back again! Cost for acrylic full set: $50.
Sooo bad. This place doesn't even know what a manicure is, awful sanitary practices, and horribly rude people. Their idea of a manicure is to electronically buff the natural nail and that's it. Then they paint your nails with gel nail polish and charge $28.
They don't sanitize anything and used a dirty nail filer on me. He also ripped my cuticles off which isn't recommended as cuticles are your friend and should just be pushed down.
Long story short I spent three hours in urgent care with a nasty painful nail infection.
Myself and two friends called only a couple hours prior to get appointments for mani/pedis, having struck out in most other places. I had never heard of Nails to Perfection prior to going, but I was open minded. We were taken immediately and all able to get serviced at the same time, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. I chose to get acrylics after only having them one other time in my life. I will admit, because I chose for them to be very short (barely going past the top of my finger) my nail tech did not use tips, and made the acrylics herself, so not every one was the exact same shape and length. That may bother some but personally I didn't really mind as they still came out looking good. Both of my friends nails (they also got acrylics) were extremely good! One downside is that I did get nicked by the drill (no blood) when my cuticles were being cut. The nail tech I had (I didn't catch her name) was very sweet though, and made sure I was happy with everything, even fixing a nail that I didn't like the shape of after she had finished. Overall I had a good experience here!
