CLASSY NAIL SPA in Manchester, NH

to start off, i had a young man who seemed a little less experienced. i went in just for a dip fill which usually takes around 45-1 hour. i usually see another woman who is great, but i wasn't able to get her that day. my nail was cut in the corner and i was bleeding. was not gentle on my nails. felt very upset at the end, they usually are great. disappointed to say the least.

I went in for a manicure, and I was given a young man who was obviously new, which is OK if they're properly trained. My nails came out poorly so I went back to have them fixed and sat n waited for somebody to help me for at least 20 minutes. When somebody finally did help me, she got nail polish all over my fingers, filed my cuticles, and I'm pretty sure she was talking about me to the gentleman that had originally done my nails. Very unprofessional! I would've thought that since I had gone back unsatisfied thinking that she would've tried to make things right but instead she did little things to get her revenge in.  Don't go here unless you want attitude and hangnails.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would.  I've never in my life had a manicure so bad.  I would've done a better job myself. What a waste of money.  He left polish on the skin, he left the edges ragged and uneven.  He should be ashamed of himself, calling himself a manicurist.  find somewhere else to go.

I visited this salon yesterday for the first time as I am new to the area, I was very disappointed. I called and they said to come at noon. I asked for my acrylic nails to be removed, a gel manicure, and a spa pedicure. The woman who did my nails was an older woman and she didn't identify herself by name and proceeded to cut me in 5 different places with the drummel and didn't even apologize. when I kept pulling my hands away she started talking in her language to a co-worker and I was offended because obviously it was regarding me. There was a gentleman that did my pedicure and he was good, the only complaint I have of him was the polish didn't look that great like it was old.....not his fault I guess. When I go to get a spa pedicure I want to enjoy it but the woman did my nails while I had the pedicure. Not a relaxing atmosphere and it wasn't busy. I will not return.

I've been going to Classy nails for going on two years and I don't play to go anywhere else. They're the only nail salon in Manchester, that I know of that accepts online appointments which I would highly recommend. My nail tech Lisa does a great job at meeting my expectations and taking care of my nails. I suffered from two injured two toe nails that she's patiently helped me correct and they've grown out for summer toes lol
Her work is neat and she's always willing to try the new designs I suggest and I appreciate her for that. Highly recommended, if she isn't available I have been to Deiter and Anna as well. Danny is only available Sundays I believe but he does well also.
