I have called several times, texted according to instructions, no reply. I used to be a Stylist, poor customer service.

10/10 service, styling, and attention to detail!! Initially, I wasn't able to get an appointment because they were booked until next week, but someone kindly called me back to squeeze me in when there was a cancellation. Lena helped washed my hair, massaged my scalp, and treated my damaged hair gently for my trim. She helped condition and cut my ends, and styled them exactly how I liked it. She's very focused, and I can definitely tell she knows what she's doing. I'm very grateful, it's been such a long time since I liked a haircut I've had since I move around so much. Definitely coming back!

This is the second time I came in for a hair perm and I am very happy and satisfied. The first time I visited was in 2022 and she was very honest when it came to my hair. She washed my hair and prior to the perm she recommended that I wait about 6 months due to my hair being too damaged. She could have ignored it and given me the perm anyways, but instead she chose to provide her honest opinion. That fact alone makes her a very credible and trustworthy stylist. The second visit for a perm was last month, January 2023, and her service was just as excellent as the first time. As you can see, we were able to do the perm and it turned out amazing! I'm so happy with her work and could not recommend anyone better. She's also really great at haircuts, especially since I've seen her four times now for that!

Highly recommend this hair salon. For men hair cut is very professional and comfort service. And also price is fair. But you have to make an appointment first before come over.

Got digital S curl perm last week with Lena and I love it!! Couple years ago I went to get the perm but she said my hair is too damaged from my hair coloring. I was disappointed but was thankful for her honesty. Last week she said my ends are damaged but we can try and after perm if bottom is too bad we can trim the bottom. Thankfully it was ok and wanted to keep longer hair since I gave effort to grow it out. I told her my hair curls really easily and I really want big natural waves. She used the bigger if not the biggest roller and it's exactly how I wanted. She suggested doing magic perm and then s curl perm since my hair is naturally wavy and I had a lot of uneven baby hair. I'm really glad I got both magic and s curl perm. My hair does not look bushy and frizzy. I got digital perm long time ago and after the salon day my hair got frizzy and not shiny. I highly recommend going here. I got my haircut the first time I went to Lena and that was great too!!
