This is my go to nail salon. I have been coming here for years and have had multiple nail technicians. I always call ahead to schedule an appointment. I appreciate how they take their time and my pedicures/manicures always last. It's a calm environment, the feet and hand massages are great, and their prices are fair. I typically get dip or gel and anytime I show them a desired nail design, they make it happen. I've tried places closer to my home and it doesn't compare to the quality and kindness at this nail salon.
I've come here 3-4 times for gel manis and pedis. I really liked it here because they slightly do a better job than salons nearby.
Today, I went to get my gel removed and they asked me 3 times if I wanted a pedicure. I said no, just remove the gel. I've gotten my gel removed here before. One visit they charged me $7, the next visit was $10 and today they charged me $12! This is all within 3-4 months of each other. I questioned why it was $12 and the woman was trying to explain that if I had gotten a pedicure, then the removal fee would be cheaper. This is such BS. I felt like because I didn't get a pedicure like they wanted me to, it would've been cheaper.
When I got in my car, I called all the other salons nearby just because I was curious how much they charged. They all confirmed their gel removals are only $10. I feel like Q Nails did me dirty and charged me $2 extra dollars just because I didn't get a pedicure. Word of advice, don't let them hustle you and throw a random price at you. Especially if you've been a loyal customer to them for months. BYE Q NAILS.
I came here because I saw one person write multiple excellent reviews, so I thought I'd give her a try. 2 of my dip nails came off within a few days, my entire manicure was peeled off by 1 week. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Wow such great service. Tiffany did my manicure she is so personable and honestly I'll be coming back just because of the quality of customer service she provides. They were absolutelThe customer service deserves a 10/10. They are fast and get you in right away. The finish product is amazing as well.
