So Miss D'Asia is 9 and really felt at ease with her appt today. Brianna Brown is amazing at what she does. Always on point. Got her hair Shanagiens on today !!! Her 2nd time,, teaching her what we do as QUEENS and Princess. Thanks Brianna Brown

I've gone in here a few times because Bri did my hair before and she definitely takes her time. I didn't really catch a good vibe from anyone which is weird because in most professional salons the owner or employees will at least acknowledge you or will greet you or say something but i never got that welcoming vibe. I get it COVID but usually the salons are lively and welcoming. Again, i went because i liked Bris work. This last time I got my hair treated and the chemicals from the dye not only smelt horrible, but it didn't stick. I asked if I'd still have to pay for the color portion of the service because my hair didn't go to jet black like i asked. I pointed it out and she was willing to do half of the cost which was nice & i paid in full for the other service even though I wasn't satisfied with the results and smelt my hair was radiating with the smell of chemicals. I texted Bri and let her know my hair was really really strong smelling and i was itchy and when I could wash it and she told me within 48 hours. It literally felt like the side of my face and ears were burning off. I texted again the next day letting her know it was still uncomfortable. Then i sent a picture of the back of my ears as it got worse. They were burned and the side of my face had started peeling. I have never experienced burns before like this. I asked about possibly a refund because at this point i'm in pain and have had my hair dyed, relaxed , etc and never had this problem before. My hair got dyed and looked the same as before. Nothing changed . Just pain. The owner told her it was probably because of my mask... but what about the rinsing out that's done after a dye or treatment ? Something obviously went wrong or was left on too long and i've had services during COVID similar and this has never happened. Instead of agreeing to a refund or a complimentary service offering to wash my hair or do something to help the smell/ burn she just blamed the mask. I will not be going here again and honestly feel like the situation isn't being take as serious as it should be.
