I'm so glad that after living in Columbus for 5 years, I have finally found a salon!!! Ashley is nothing SHORT OF AMAZING!!! The environment in and of itself is super inviting and relaxing; and the level of expertise is worth every penny!!!
Went in for a balayage with Ashley (Kerry's daughter) and some how after OVER FIVE HOURS left the salon with orange roots and ashy pink ends. 10/10 do not recommend.
The salon overall is aesthetically pleasing. You must get the right stylist obviously because there are levels of experience that fade to beginner level unfortunately. I am having corrective color done elsewhere as a result and I won't return. The people are nice enough just a bit distracted I feel. Personally, I hate leaving a negative review but being nice isn't always enough. There is a skill level required in this business and not every at this salon maintains that skill level. Sad, but unfortunately true.
First time at this shop. Had a wonderful experience very nice shop with; clean and modern. Claudia was my amazing stylist. She was very personable and a great cut.
I can't say enough great things about this salon!! Their customer service is great!! The receptionists are always super kind. The location looks always very pretty and clean and my experience there has been by far one of the best experiences I've had in a hair salon! All of their stylists are great as well but my favorite and the one I would recommend to everyone is Bailey! She's spectacular in what she does. She listens to every single thing I love told her about my expectations and desires and even then she far exceeded my expectations!! I did a balayage and color on my hair and then came back to redo my color with her!! She used bleach on my hair and it didn't even hurt it!! I could sit here and say many more great things about this place but then I'd bore y'all!! So check them out
