I really would give this place a zero star! Extremely rude my daughter, mother and I came here! The wait is horrible and we informed them we all wanted pedicures and manicures and my mother eyebrows done! I feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome here!
The first time they did my nails, good job I went back there to soak my feet and relax and enjoy a massage that didn't happen, my feet were in and out then on top of that I was overcharged he charged me the same amount, as if I had gotten a full set an a deluxe pedicure and full set (fill in)I hated coming out and noticing a nail offset so it's just funny looking and it's not my fingers lol.
I came into the nail salon and waited patiently to get my nails done. But unfortunately, no one asked if I needed help and at least 4 workers looked me in the eyes and passed right by me. Not using plastic on foot baths was another thing I noticed outside of the nasty attitudes and lack of professionalism. I walked out after 25 min with no service My first and last time giving this nail establishment a chance. And they get two stars for looking the part not acting it.
First time here, I guess due to COVID I had to wait 30 mins to be seen. They didn't seat me til they saw that was I getting ready to leave. I was on a crunch time really just wanted to get my nails done before work, but the guy who did my nails did a decent job was gentle and took his time. Not gonna like though my finger did hurt a day after I guess from him trying to separate the tip of my nails from my smile line.
I went in to fix what Luxury nails on airport Thruway did to my toe nails. She did a amazing job she even filed and fixed what the other woman did to my nails. Just the polish change was enough to get me to come back in for a full service. Thank you guys so much for fixing my toes.
