Milan's On Monroe in Dearborn, MI

I'm here from Chicago visiting my MIL and got a Saturday mani-pedi from Kim. Listen, this was great enough that I'd visit my MIL more just to have Kim work on me. I'm super ticklish and my feet and hands were disasters from running, neglect, and winter. She completely transformed them and didn't give up! Usually people quit on my feet after a minute because I'm too ticklish but she just held on and went for it. They're baby soft. Plus, you will never meet more welcoming and sweet people than Sally and Kim. I feel right at home. Thanks!

I went there after everyone's rave reviews. I have to say for the record I am not a fan of yelping. I much prefer to manage things with the proprietor, let them fix them. But in this instance, I feel so humiliated, I not only left, but felt compelled to share. After removing my polish, the clinician (mandated by owner) called the owner over. Apparently something about my nail structure gave them the idea I may or may not have a fungal infection. This was most public and I felt very shamed. I chose to leave. I appreciate that they have a standard of cleanliness, but I have "old lady toenails" and only a doctor is equipped to diagnose a fungal infection.

The BEST nail salon!! I love going there! They're so nice and so meticulous! The salon is very clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing and they have chocolates! I highly recommend it and I also highly recommend Rita who's usually doing my nails. I'll be moving from the county pretty soon, I'm going to miss this place and the people there so much!!

I've been here twice now for my nails and absolutely love it! They are such sweet ladies and their attention to detail is outstanding! My gel mani lasted almost 3 weeks and I am hard on my nails! (Cleaning, woodworking, yard work, etc). So impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism, color choices, and overall experience.

I went to Milan's on Monroe for the first time on the Tuesday before my wedding. I was helped by Natalie. I have never had such a positive experience anywhere in my life. She asked me several questions and told me all the possible things that could happen with my skin to make sure I was aware and didnt end up with broken out skin for my wedding. First of all, my skin didn't break out at all. Second, she SLAYED my eyebrows. They look incredible I will never go to anyone else again. Third, she called me to ask me how my face was doing the next day! Natalie is incredible!!
