I've consistently had great service here. Any nail tech I get does a great job. This past week someone new did my nails and they happened to chip within the week and I went in today and they all worked together to help me find the correct color to match my other nails and fixed the two that chipped right before close. Great service always! 10/10 recommend.
I set an appointment on a Wednesday for 1 pm on Friday. I arrived at 12:55, the manicurist that I had the appointment with was with a client when I arrived. I waited 45 minutes for my manicure. I told the manicurist I wanted to strengthen my nails as they were damaged after artificial nails were applied. She had an attitude and told me I could take care of my nails at home. I set another appointment for approximately two weeks. I had the same manicurist I had two weeks prior. Again, she told me I did not have to come so often for a manicure for natural nails and that once a month would be often enough. She went on to say that she does not specialize in natural nails, does not like to do natural nails and that I should set an appointment with another manicurist, one who specializes in natural nails.
Complete waste of time - 25 minutes past my appointment time none of the available technicians appeared close to being ready to start my pedicure. I had to leave and won't be back.
I came in at 11 for a pedicure and was told the wait was about 15min I didn't mind picked my color and had a seat. At about 11:30 the lady seats 2 others who had an appointment which I understand but she totally disregarded me sitting there, didn't give me an update or nothing. At 11:40 I asked the receptionist an update on how long the wait will be, she went to check and said it would be another 15min. At this point I'm annoyed because it seems like 15mins is just being said instead of tricky trying to give an accurate wait time. How does 15min turn into 55min. It's selfish to not consider your customers time. If they tell you it's a wait just leave, you never know how long it will really be
