I asked food my nails to be trimmed a little bit and she dam near cut my nails all the way off my nails have never been this short I have to find a nail salon that knows what their doing so upset. Quality is not there she put 3 coats of gel polish on my nails who does that
When going to nail salon I would have thought that my nails and feet would look good, but when getting my nails don't they didn't clean up my cuticles. For the feet I got nicked my the drill and there was a bug in my water but instead of changing the water or getting something off my service she picked up the bug and threw it on the ground. Will not be going back horrible service!!! I basically donated $125 for a rush job

I literally just got out the shower and my big toe he kept polishing over and over is peeling I am so done!!!! Unprofessional and quality is not a word they know!!! so basically I donated $40 - if you read this dejavu- the right thing would be for you to refund my money...

Why can we leave no stars... As much as I read reviews on everything and every place else I should be ashamed!
Had I read reviews first I could have kept going to another salon.
I went in asked for a gel pedicure she said $40 total. Asked if I wanted some special pedicure I said no- start talking to each other in their language.
Man comes to do pedicure and when he cleaned under nails it's like he was simulating the task he hardly cleaned under... but I let that go
I then watched him half ass do my cuticles... he then pulls out my new packet of nail file, buffer and used a scrubber from the draw to start scrubbing my heels. I said I was the scraper... he said this is it I will do it twice... no sir... I am paying for a full pedicure... he then gets up and gets it in a huff.
So when he comes back he said I have too much dead skin he can not promise my feet will be smooth... have you ever???? I am laughing as I type but trust was not funny!
So I said you can get my feet right that's what a pedicure is for... and sure enough people I still had to come home and use my own callous remover and my scrubber and guess what?? Feet soft!! Like don't do that!!
Needless to say no tip given!! Told owner not happy and she said next time she take care of me I was like NEXT TIME???!!! Noooo ma'am
I will be writing a review this is horrible and she said ok like obviously they don't care and I have about 4 more spots to cut and paste this because that's a shame basically stole my money cause I will need a pedicure next weekend after this mess!!

I waited 15 minutes for a pedicure only to have someone walk in and seated. Staff is rude and not customer friendly at all!
I am very disappointed. Despite the not so good reviews, I took a chance and went in. I received a pedicure and a full set/gel polish manicure. The polish was applied sloppily. The biggest disappointment was that my nails started to lift a few days later. They didn't last a week. I will never go again and will not recommend anyone to go there.
