MD Nails Brows in Fishers, IN

The new name of the salon is MD nails. Went to this salon with my husband for mani and pedi. We had made an appointment, But they did 75% of my husbands pedicure before they started on mine. I got their high end pedicure. They didn't even give me the pedicure requested. They switched people in the middle of my pedicure because my girl was so scatterbrained that she forgot she had to do someone else's nails. When they swapped people they didn't know where the other girl left off and it was a mess. It was such a mess that I didn't even get my manicure. The ladies were laughing at themselves at all of the mistakes that were happening because it was one thing after another. As we left (and paid full price without complaining for these terrible pedicures), one of the ladies tried to hand me a $6 gift card to come back another time since they ran out of time to do my manicure. Never going back. Ever. Do not recommend.

This was the worst nail experience of my life. It was so God awful I drove back to find out the name of the salon which isn't even on the front of building. I've been here before and the owner was nice, her nail work wasn't the best, very outdated techniques and raved the entire time about how she did nails in California and has been doing them for twenty years blah blah blah. ANYWAYS, I decided to come back to get my acrylics taken off thinking it couldn't be THAT bad. I first wait and hour and no big deal I understand walk ins are unexpected. She starts doing my nails on the same dirty towel from the client before. She starts soaking my acrylics in some made in China cheap machine that shocked me once she plugged it in. I told her and she said no there's no way. I just sat there and said ok and risked my life putting my fingers back in that machine to save her humiliation. As the acetone is burning in this electric cheap plastic machine I can't breathe and begin to cough. It becomes so bad I have to step outside for 15 minutes. I can only imagine the toxins that I inhaled and she stated she put a towel over it so I couldn't smell it. Ma'am burning plastic and acetone can't be covered with a towel. Then, as she leaves the table and starts a full blown pedicure she prances back to ask what color I want. I said could I do French tip with clear pink. She looked at me like I was crazy and said my nails were too short?? TOO SHORT?? They had been growing for two weeks under acrylics and I've had my TOENAILS freshly cut, get a French tip. I then decided to just ask for a dip color because I've never had dip, as I let her know, and was excited to try. After waiting for an hour as she finishes the other clients pedicure, she comes over and started dipping just the tip of my nail in powder that says "French dip" I asked very kindly if she knew that I didn't want French tip anymore and just a solid color. She very rudely says "Can you let me do my job". That's when I had enough. I said "well I just wanted to make sure". I then hear the owner very rudely telling the customer next to me that if she didn't like her nails she should go back to where she gets her nails done at. The customer had chosen a color that they didn't have and the owner was mad that she didn't like the color she chose on her own and didn't even ask the customer about. I then hear her talk about how long she's been doing nails for. At this point that's only embarrassing herself because why have you been in this industry so long with such little talent/horrible customer service. My nails look thick and tacky. There's acrylic still all over my hands and I have cuts under my nails. I'm sure I'll be getting an infection here soon from how unsanitary that salon is. People working here and owner should know that customer service out weighs results. You can't suck at what you do and have bad customer service. I'll never go here again. What they don't know is I work for the department of health and will be reporting them. If you want clean, good quality and priced nails literally walk across the street to Lily nails and ask for Rose. Don't risk your life, health or dignity stepping foot into this salon! I'm still choking from the heated up acetone. If she was nice I would have been understanding, but I've never had worse customer service or results in MY LIFE!!! They do NOT need to be located in fishers. Go to the east side of Indy or better yet back to cosmetology school.

They just changed the name of the salon, i believe there is a new owner, Kenny was my favorite nail tech and he no longer works there and i don't know where he went. Disappointed as this was my favorite nail salon.

Great nails by Kenny! Always a good laugh! Highly recommend! Also love getting my eyebrows done there! The lady always gets the shape perfect!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon is named "5 Star nail salon" but they do not offer such services. I came in wanting one thing and walked out with something completely different. The guy that did my nails rushed the whole time I asked if they were busy he said yes but there were only 2 other ladies waiting for pedicures. Some of my nails are crooked and uneven. They are bulky and lack shape. I usually get my nails done by Jimmy at Noble Nails in Noblesville. He however doesn't do designs and I was on a hunt to get nail art. I will never come back here and do not recommend anyone to come here unless you want a botched job. Nail tech Jimmy at Noble Nails is really good and Fishers Nails is amazing!
