Luxury Nails - Fishers in Fishers, IN

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this nail shop. The service was absolutely atrocious, especially from a woman named Kim. It seems like the reviews for this place are divided, with only one person possibly providing consistent service. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about the rude service, including my own, are definitely valid.

My husband, attempting to do something nice for his 84 year old mother, called to book two dip MANICURES, emphasis on manicure. His mother has dementia, and we traveled a thousand miles from Texas, likely the last time we will see this woman before she passes. We booked an appointment for 2:45 pm the next day. We arrived 15 minutes EARLY as our drive from Greenfield (where we have set up our RV for the week) is a bit of a drive to her assisted living facility across the street.

The effort to remove what was left of her last nail job (dip) involved the dremel and she indicated to me she didn't want to do dip this time - a change of plans, which I wasn't expecting. I explained to her that the process to remove the dip from her nails involved removal of the top coat, then soaking with acetone, not to worry, but if she didn't want to do dip polish again, that's fine....and I asked if we could switch to a mani with polish instead.

What happened: the nail tech missed the cue to do a manicure - in its entirety. Polish change, sloppily done at that, and the tech shuffled my elderly mother in law to the dryer in a huff.

Look folks, I'm wearing a 3 carat rock on my left hand.... money is NOT an issue here, and my 15 year old daughter is getting acrylic, tips, and chrome finish. The tech got her knickers in a twist at the moment the polish type changed, and made ZERO effort to realize or clarify the MANICURE component. Didn't even offer.

By the time my daughter's nails were done, and I brought up the minimal effort given to my MIL, they claimed miscommunication. By that point, we were up against a time crunch to get my MIL back in time for dinner at 5.

If you are at ALL situationally aware, if booking a service worth $50-60, at LEAST offer a similar VALUE of service and don't blame the miscommunication on the customer.

No worries about returning. We head home to TX tomorrow, but this was the WORST nail salon experience I have ever had.

I went here for the first time yesterday and will definitely be going back. I called and asked if they had time for a walk-in and they were able to fit me right in. I got a matte black gel manicure and they look amazing!

The facilities are clean, the staff is very nice and friendly and the designs they can do, are amazing (was referred by my friend who got an awesome ombre). I can't wait to go back!

refused to fix what they screwed up lady with very drawn on eyebrows and purple glasses was very rude and rough to the point of bruising my nail and refusing to shape them after an acrylic removal.

This place still fucking sucks. Went back on accident (forgot I've been here before) and when I came to write a bad review I saw I had already written one LAST YEAR. Me and my friend went, made the appt together, yet they REFUSED to let us sit next to each other even tho we asked politely. Both of our nails were also completely chipped after only a few days, her nails were uneven on either side, and they were just overall very annoying and bummy.
