Well, I tried, called they took my info, no call back, no text... tried 3 times to contact them via their own web site, that doesn't work either, it asks you to type your answer in a box... only problem, there's no question to answer...

I moved to the McCordsville area and was looking for a salon. I called and was fortunate enough to have Cindy Miller do my hair. Elaine's was the first place I tried and stayed with until I had to move from the area.
Cindy was great. We discussed what I wanted in coloring/highlighting and styling. I was never disappointed. From there on out we had a great communication and became good friends.
So if you move to the Indy area permanently or for just a short time go to Elaine's and request Cindy. You won't be sorry.
I was recently a bridesmaid on Fathers Day, the highest heat index of 105 degrees!! The reason for mentioning this is Wendy did the bridal groups hair and makeup...at the end of a VERY sweaty day...we all looked great!!! Speaks volumes of Wendy's talent and professionalism! She was so positive with each one of us, which was wonderful. How she made my straight hair hold curls through it all is nothing less than magical! If you need the best hair and makeup professional...Wendy is your pick!!!
I've found my forever salon!! Liz was absolutely phenomenal. I have very curly, fine hair so I am very hesitant about trying new stylists. I have had awful experiences in the past with people completely destroying my hair. Liz answered all of my questions and took her time with me. I've never felt so comfortable with a stylist in my life. Not only was Liz amazing but the entire salon was so cute and the product lines they carry are the best I've ever used. I want everyone and their mother to go to this salon!
I got my hair done a while back at this place. The lady that did my hair COMPLETELY DESTROYED my hair. I got blonde put in my hair and yeah she put blonde in my hair and left me with the foils in for 3 hours. After a week I couldn't even get a comb through my hair. I had to go get my hair cut, I had to get 7 inches off my hair. And my hair still isn't good. I will NEVER go back there again. The lady that did my hair also said she was only 18, which age doesn't matter but it does when you don't know what you're clearly doing.
